Controller Insetti is a ready-to-use broad-spectrum spray against harmful insects on plants. The plant extracts in the formula work in two ways: they repel insects from the crop and inhibit their feeding, reducing damage to tender plant tissue.
Apply in the evening, wetting leaves and shoots evenly and avoiding run-off. You can use it on vegetable crops, fruit crops, and ornamental plants, in containers or in open ground. Do not mix it with copper-based products, sulphur, alkaline-reaction products, or oil-based products. If you combine it with other treatments, always run a compatibility test on a few leaves before applying to the entire crop.

How to use it
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Wet leaves and shoots evenly, avoiding run-off. Include the underside of the leaves.
- Apply preferably in the evening. Never apply in direct sunlight.

FAQs
Is Controller Insetti a plant protection product?
No. The label states explicitly that Controller Insetti is not a fertiliser and is not a plant protection product. It is a plant-based detergent under Reg. EEC 648/2004 with a broad-spectrum repellent effect. It works on the plant as a repellent against harmful insects and is not registered as a plant protection product (PMC) against specific insects.
Does Controller Insetti work only against one type of insect?
No, it is formulated for broad-spectrum action against harmful insects on plants in general. If you need targeted action against aphids, whitefly, thrips, and psyllids, choose Controller Afid (same formula, specific target).
Is Controller Insetti permitted in organic farming?
The Controller Insetti label does not carry an organic farming declaration. Reg. EEC 648/2004 (detergent category) does not automatically mean compatibility with organic farming. If you need a Bio-certified product for natural plant defence, choose Controller Funghi (natural plant strengthener under Reg. EC 834/2007) or Olio di Neem.
