Usage notes
As a drainage layer: place 3–5 cm of Argilla at the bottom of the pot before adding the substrate. As a surface cover: spread a uniform layer of 3–5 cm over the fresh substrate. Expanded clay is inert and long-lasting. It does not decompose, does not alter soil pH, and can be reused after washing. Compatible with hydroculture systems.
